We create Vendor Classification quality management system to control the quality of our source. Please check the vendor classification of Yexin:

Class A Vendor: Original Factory, Authorized Distributor and OEM excess stock.

Class B Vendor: Distributor has frequent trading with Yexin and quality issue never happens

Class C Vendor: Distributor has not too much trading with Yexin and quality issue never happens

Class D Vendor: Other vendor

We will process different inspection for the parts from vendor with different classes. For the parts from Class B&C vendor, we will choose sample for functional inspection besides appearance inspection. For the parts from Class D vendor, we will process appearance inspection as well as functional inspection. What's more, we will check their trade reference and track the origin of the part according to Lot Number.
