Appearance Inspection

We process following appearance inspection for all of the coming stock:

Ø         Inspect external& Internal package of the parts

Ø         Inspect Part Number, Date Code, Package info, and so on to make sure the part is in accordance with PO

Ø         Inspect whether the part is ROHS

Ø         Compare the label of the coming stock with the label in our database

Ø         Compare the marking on the part with the marking in our database

Ø        Inspect whether the pins of the part are oxidized or curve

 

Functional Inspection

We process the following functional inspection for the parts that can not pass the appearance inspection:

Ø         Solderability test

Ø         Electrical behavior test

Ø         Functional test
